Rochelle Wilcox (Executive Director)
Rochelle Wilcox has been an advocate and participant of and for high quality early care and education over 18 years. She has an Associates of Arts Degree in Early Childhood Education, a Bachelor’s in Interdisciplinary Studies with a concentration on Education in Urban Society and in 2013 she became the first childcare provider to sit on the board of Agenda for Children.

During her tenure in the early education sector she has performed the gambit of positions from classroom teacher to Executive Director. From this experience and her education was born the philosophy of nurturing the “whole child” which means to promote the physical, cognitive, social-emotional development of young children and provide support to our parents through community resources, partnerships and parent education.
