Shani Christopher
Combining her passion for food justice and knowledge of environmental sustainability, Shani Christopher launched RePurpose Food Company to increase the affordability of nutritious baby food and reduce food waste. Shani also serves as the National Director of Sales and Operations at EcoLogic Solutions, a manufacturer of green cleaning products and technology for commercial use. She is the curator of the New Orleans Hub of the World Economic Forum’s Global Shapers Community. Shani is also a StartingBloc Social Innovation Fellow and has served as a UN Delegate through SustainUS, a youth environmental advocacy organization. Previously, she co-founded the Volunteer Center of Trinidad and Tobago and has participated in Emerging Philanthropists of New Orleans.
