Fleur-De-Lis Primary Care Clinic was created to provide exceptional primary care by prioritizing the “Family” in Family Medicine. As a New Orleans Native, Dr. Washington is passionate about preventative medicine and assisting her community in getting “Fleur-De-Lis Fit” by hosting health screening fairs and group fitness events. She has created a medical practice that is focused on autonomy, education, and the practice of evidenced-based medicine for her ethnically and socially diverse patient population. FDL Primary Care Clinic provides personalized weight loss consultations and plans, IV hydration, in-office dispensing of medications, aesthetics services and remote patient monitoring.
Dr. Courtney Washington

New Orleans native Dr. Courtney Arianne Washington attended St. Mary’s Dominican High School and received a BS from Xavier University of Louisiana in 2009. She completed medical school at Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2017, then residency at Medical City Fort Worth in 2020.
As a Board-Certified Family Medicine physician, Dr. Washington specializes in preventative medicine. She enjoys building lasting relationships with her patients and creating healthy Cajun recipes. Dr. Washington has published research articles in the Journal of Pediatric Blood & Cancer as well as the Archives of Biochemistry and Biophysics. She also enjoys spending time with her twin sons exploring the city, public speaking, community events, and sharing health tips and commentary on her youtube channel as “Dr. NOLA Knows”.
