After graduating from Johnson & Wales University, Chef Mike worked in several restaurants in New Orleans. He soon realized that instead of working in the industry, he wanted to bring the restaurant experience to people’s homes.
Chef Mike prepares each dish, each menu to the client’s tastes and requests to create memorable culinary experiences.
