Cajun Fire Brewing is a family owned and operated craft beer manufacturer based out of New Orleans, and the fifth Black-owned brewing company in the nation. Since inception, Cajun Fire has garnered a communal following for its unique flavor profiles that pay homage to the rich cultural ties of Cajun, Creole, Houma Indian, and the African diaspora, which are found in Acadian region of Southeast Louisiana.
