This four-part course will introduce entrepreneurs to the components of a business plan and provide in-class working sessions to assist in drafting an effective business plan.

Writing a strategic business plan is an effective tool in growing a business. The business plan serves as a blueprint that will guide small businesses towards their ultimate growth goals. An effective business plan assists in preparing for growth, increasing operational efficiency, and is typically required when obtaining debt and/or equity funding. The trend in business plans is to be clear, concise, and compelling in short form. Attendees of this workshop will walk away with a draft of their business plan to increase contracts and sales.
