Co-created by a wide array of educators, school leaders, students and community stakeholders, the New Orleans Education Equity Index is a first-of-its-kind web platform that defines and measures over 190 individual equity-related factors in our city’s public schools. Through clear, relevant and accessible data, the Index seeks to ensure that equity is recognized as a necessary part of educational excellence and a critical component of a thriving community.
