Propeller Incubator and Caravan Cinema NOLA have teamed up to screen Ava DuVerny’s multi-award winning documentary 13th. The screening will take place at 5:30pm on Thursday, June 8th in the co-working space.
The film examines the racial inequity of America’s prison system and is particularly prescient at this point in our country’s history. A brief, informal discussion will be held afterwards, forming part of Propeller’s Racial Equity awareness drive.
Catering will be provided by Afrodisiac’s fabulous Jamaican/Creole food truck and drinks by our beloved neighbors Roulaison rum distillery.
