This free workshop will introduce Title III of the JOBS Act to issuers/companies so that they may access this new means of capitalization. This workshop will explore how fundraising has recently evolved in relation to the JOBS Act, predictions for the future, and most importantly, how YOU can take advantage of these new changes in crowdfunding. Attendees will understand the requirements to list their company on a crowdfunding platform, limitations of this means of funding, and the requirements to remain compliant.
