The Phyllis M. Taylor Center for Social Innovation and Design Thinking at Tulane invites you to attend and continue the Conversations in Social Innovation. On November 13, Kristine Creveling of Propeller speaks on the Healthy School Food Collaborative (HSFC) – a collective approach to improving food in public schools in New Orleans. The collaborative is a partnership between Propeller, the Louisiana Public Health Institute and participating schools and food service management companies. The presentation will highlight the history and evolution of the initiative as well as the collective impact strategy used to successfully bring together the various sectors within the ecosystem. Kristine Creveling is the Food Program Coordinator at Propeller, assisting with the management of the HSFC evaluation. Kristine coordinates the Food Access related ventures in the Propeller accelerator and growth programs. She has a Master’s in Public Health from Tulane University and is also a Registered Dietitian.
