Catalyst Collective Facilitator/Fundraising Coach RFP

We are seeking skilled and experienced consultants in development and fundraising coaching to lead workshops and deliver personalized fundraising coaching sessions for the upcoming Catalyst Collective for Executive Directors program. The six month program combines monthly peer learning roundtables, individualized fundraising coaching, donor networking events, and technical assistance to strengthen development effectiveness with a focus on individual giving.  Read the complete Catalyst Collective Facilitator RFP and apply by February 28.

Propeller is seeking a videographer to produce, record, and edit professional video content for our website resources hub in line with Propeller Brand Standards. This is a part of a larger initiative to digitize and distribute key resources for Early Childhood Education directors to aid in their centers’ growth and expansion through capital access and back office support.  Propeller’s Advancing Childhood Care Through Executive Leadership (ACCEL) workshop series helps Early Childhood Education (ECE) entrepreneurs grow and streamline their back office systems in order to increase their customer base, expand their teams, and increase their social impact. We are seeking proposals from qualified evaluation and impact management contractors to support our organization in refining and managing our impact evaluation efforts for the year. Our organization is committed to supporting New Orleanian entrepreneurs in starting and growing businesses, and we aim to assess our effectiveness through robust data collection and impact measurement. The selected contractor will be responsible for Project 1: review and revisions to our existing programmatic survey tools and data sets and Project 2: management of our annual Impact Accelerator Alumni survey and generating a comprehensive impact report.
