INCLUSIVE PROCUREMENT

Achieving an equitable economy is key to solving today’s societal challenges. Our Inclusive Procurement programming focuses on increasing contract opportunities for Black and BIPOC entrepreneurs. We create and match market opportunities to BIPOC entrepeneurs and provide 1:1 bid preparation, contract negotation, and network support to increase receipts going to Black-owned businesses. Market Access Procurement Program
MAPP is a 9-month intensive program for selected ventures, offering mentorship, training, financial wellness, and strategic contracting support. The program will serve as a “next step” for business owners who have previously engaged with Propeller programs and services and made demonstrable progress toward their goals.
