Catalyst Collective Facilitator (Contract)
The Catalyst Collective for Executive Directors supports nonprofit Propeller Impact Accelerator Alumni and their teams with their overall fundraising goals with a focus on individual giving. The six month program combines monthly peer learning roundtables, individualized fundraising coaching, donor networking, and technical assistance to provide participants with structure, guidance, and networks to strengthen their overall development effectiveness with a focus on individual giving.
We are seeking skilled facilitators and coaches with expertise in nonprofit development and individual donor strategies to lead group learning workshops and lead 1.1 strategy sessions to support participants in meeting their goals.

Lead Mentor (Contract)
Propeller seeks experienced, focused, and energetic individuals to serve as Lead Mentors to support participating entrepreneurs in our Impact Accelerator: Growth Track. Lead Mentors provide tailored mentoring and coaching to program participants with innovative solutions in Propeller’s focus areas of community economic development, education, food, health, and water.
The Lead Mentor acts as a guide, consultant, and thought partner for entrepreneurs through goal-setting in the areas of finance, operations, access to capital, and social impact. Ideal Lead Mentor candidates bring a track record of scaling revenues and teams within different organizations. Lead Mentors may be selected to work with for-profit or nonprofit ventures.
This contract opportunity involves up to 17 hours of work per assigned Impact Accelerator Venture, including orientation, mid-program check-ins, and six office hour sessions with the assigned Venture.
