The Recirculating Farms Coalition is a collaborative group of farmers, educators, health and food activists using research, training and advocacy to support communities in creating eco-efficient farms with programs to grow local, accessible, fresh food, advance overall health and wellness, and create stable green jobs.

Emily Shinn (Programs and Outreach Coordinator)
Emily is the Programs and Outreach Coordinator for the Recirculating Farms Coalition, helping to organize and plan our community events and classes. Emily is a native of Richmond, Virginia and a recent graduate from Boston College where she studied sustainable agriculture and food policy. She is passionate about promoting access to local, sustainable, fresh and healthy sources of food here in Louisiana and beyond.
