Molly, founder of RDnote, is passionate about combining nutrition and technology to spark change in the healthcare field. Her work as a nutritionist has already impacted more than 3,000 people in the Gulf Coast region and her goal is to empower even more people to get healthy using RDnote. She is a Registered Dietitian and has an engineering degree from the University of Michigan.
Many New Orleanians face inadequate access to proper nutritional care for treatment of chronic diseases including obesity and diabetes.
