Mollie Sciacca (Operations Manager)
A native of New Orleans, Mollie Sciacca has worked in the local hospitality industry for nearly a decade. Currently, she is the Operations Manager at Bellegarde Bakery. She is working with the bakers to further the vision of Bellegarde Bakery and its role in the community by using regionally sourced ingredients and providing education outreach.
