Our Growth Accelerator supports established businesses and nonprofits in food, water, health, and education to achieve strategic growth and expand their impact.
This three-month long program is designed to provided tailored support based on your goals, industry, and stage of development. Our experts will help you scale your impact, raise external investment, and increase your revenue, customers, and contracts.
The Growth Accelerator also offers access to $50,000 in equity investment to for-profit companies and $7,500 to nonprofit organizations through the New Orleans Startup Fund. Investments are awarded by participants of the Growth Accelerator to their top picks of participating for-profit companies. Propeller also works to prepare its Growth Accelerator ventures to apply for $20,000-$100,000 loan through its Social Venture Fund.

- Social Impact: Your nonprofit or business presents a solution to narrowing disparities in New Orleans' food, water, health, and education systems.
- Proven Traction: Your nonprofit or business has a validated business model with strong evidence of positive user feedback and/or sales.
- Founder Commitment: Your founder or designated Growth Accelerator program representative can commit to spending a minimum of 40 hours per week working with Propeller on your nonprofit or business during the program, consistently following through on jointly developed goals and deliverables, and attending mandatory events including a weekend orientation and two weekend sessions.
