In community economic development, Propeller’s Impact Accelerator focuses on supporting entrepreneurs working to infuse social-emotional learning, increase family and community engagement, and enact equitable, culturally relevant practices, policies, and approaches to classrooms, schools, and education systems across New Orleans.
Propeller will prioritize applicants who apply by the early deadline of June 16.

When Melanie and Christine joined Propeller's Accelerator, Training Grounds was an idea to help youth enter kindergarten ready to learn.
During the program, they focused on developing their business acumen and access to funders. Today, their fully operational We Play Center is a free space for caregivers to learn and play with children birth to three. In 2018, they served 350 families and trained 930 early educators.Learn More
