On May 23rd, we celebrated social innovation at the Propeller 2013 Gala with over 350 attendees! This event marked the graduation of the 2012-2013 Social Venture Accelerator Fellows. For those who want to stay involved with Propeller, here’s how!

It was a packed house at the Propeller Incubator on May 23rd for the 2013 Propeller Gala. Entrepreneurs, business leaders, and community members gathered to celebrate the financial and social impact of the 2012-2013 class of Propeller Accelerator Fellows. Apply! 2013-2014 Social Venture Accelerator
Propeller is now accepting applications for next year's Social Venture Accelerator. 12-15 high-potential, early-stage social ventures will be selected to receive ten months of hands-on mentorship, technical assistance, policy support, access to funding, and office space.

We're Hiring
Propeller Communications Manager (Full-Time) — responsibilities include brand management, visual identity, public relations, written communications, messaging, marketing, social media, basic graphic design, and event management. Applications due by June 18th.

Propeller Food Policy and Programs Manager (Full-Time) – the overall goal of this position is to build a robust local food economy by supporting growth at different levels of the food system—local growers, distributors, high-volume purchasers, general consumers, and value-added products.

Work with one or more ventures on projects that match your skills. 10-15 hour committment over 10 months.

Individual contributions and grants from foundations support our accelerator program, alumni support program, and the PitchNOLA social entrepreneurship competition.
