Propeller has announced applications are now open for PitchNOLA: Education presented by Capital One, a pitch competition awarding $10,000 in prizes to entrepreneurs with ideas to ensure every new Orleanian has access to an excellent education and fulfilling career.

Businesses, nonprofits, and individuals with ideas can apply online until the final application deadline of September 9, 2018. Propeller will offer a series of Q&A sessions for interested applicants leading up to the deadline. 

The competition is open to all ideas to address educational disparities in New Orleans, from early childcare to post-secondary education and additional alternatives to four-year degrees. Propeller will evaluate all applicants on their potential for social impact, financial sustainability, and viability.

PitchNOLA: Education presented by Capital One will take place on Wednesday, October 17, 6:00–8:00pm at the Propeller Incubator. Tickets are free and open to the public.
