At Propeller, events are easy. We have chairs, tables, projectors and A/V equipment on site and available to rent. Plus, parking is available on site.

Specs for Spaces
Large Conference Room
$50 / hour
Our large conference room accommodates up to 30 people seated at tables and 55 theater style. Other amenities include a 75” interactive monitor, whiteboard and hybrid meeting technology.
Additional fees:
- $20 / hour if event is hosted outside hours of operations (9AM - 5PM)
- $75 cleaning fee if event includes food and beverage
- $50 fee for use of the lounge and kitchen space
Coworking Space
$180 / hour
1,110 square feet of space, including beautiful natural light, full windows, and a balcony above that’s perfect for any large conference, training/retreat, or gathering. Accommodates up to 200 people.
Additional fees:
- $25 / hour for furniture removal
- $50 / hour if event is hosted during hours of operations (9AM - 5PM)
- $150 cleaning fee
Small Conference Room
$40 / hour
Our small conference has seating for up to 12 people around a large conference-style table. Other amenities include a whiteboard wall, TV monitor, and hybrid meeting technology.
Additional fees:
- $20 / hour if event is hosted outside hours of operations (9AM - 5PM)
Additional Rental Fees: Everything You Need To Get Your Audience Engaged
- Projector and screen package: $25 flat fee
- Sound package - speaker and microphone: $50 flat fee
- Security guard - required if hosting 50+ guests after dark: $35 / hour
- Technology operator: $150/half day, $250/full day
- Additional event attendant: $20 / hour
- Deliveries outside scheduled event contract: $15 / hour
