COVID-19 Updates & Guidelines
At Propeller, we value the health and safety of our team, guests, and community. We have implemented the following procedures to ensure the cleanliness of our facility: required masks upon entry, socially-distanced coworking desks and private offices, sanitation stations, and the frequent cleaning and sanitizing of shared spaces–such as our bathrooms and conference rooms. We are a passionate community of entrepreneurs, freelancers, and professionals. At Propeller, we have built a space for people who care about New Orleans and get things done. Ask us about our available desks and offices.
Our spaces double as a multi-purpose event venue, from one-on-one meetings to events. Our spaces are open to the public, and discounts are included in all Propeller Incubator memberships. Due to COVID-19, events are currently limited to a maximum of 25 guests.

At Propeller, we are committed to supporting a diverse community of entrepreneurs that upholds equity and sustainability across all of our practices, from our programs to how we source our event vendors.
We encourage all Incubator members to reference our Equitable Event Guide for guidance on how to implement equitable and/or sustainable practices when hosting an event.
In January 2012, Propeller opened its Incubator building at 4035 Washington Avenue in partnership with Green Coast Enterprises, who developed the space. Once a tire and rim shop, the building served as an anchor in Green Coast’s project to revitalize the intersection of Washington and S. Broad. Today, in the culmination of a ten-year plan between Propeller and Green Coast, the nonprofit Propeller owns and operates its own building. Its neighbors have grown to include many Green Coast tenants such as a community health center, local bakery, craft beverage producers, the LGBT Community Center, and an innovative K-12 school. This activity has inspired follow up investments like the Bohn Ford Building.
